My dog's crusty, waxy ears are suddenly worsening. What should I do?

Hello! My dog has had crusty ears for some time , nothing terrible just extra wax that my vet said shouldn’t be an issue. almost within the span of a couple days it has gotten increasingly worse though.

The yellow pus is compatible with a bacterial infection of the ear canal. Immediate check up and antibiotic ear drops are required to confirm this clinical suspicion and treat appropriately.
