My puppy ate tuna, is sick, vomiting, and very tired. What to do?

my mom and brother gave my 2 month old puppy tuna and it made him sick. he threw it up this morning around 5 am. he has no energy and has been sleeping. he did get up to drink some water. i feel like he could just be really tired bc his stomach is upset and from throwing up and pooping but i need help. i’m freaking out. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 7 days old | 14 lbs

Poor Jax! Feed him a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If he refuses to eat the bland diet, he vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away.
