Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 9 months and 18 days old | 4.85 lbs
I got leo from the streets. He is extremely active and wants to play and go out all the time. Before his neutering I would take him outside for walks and, he would enjoy them. After his surgery he is scared to go for walks on the road, but would like to just roam the floors and sniff stuff.( I live on 15th floor). I play with him very actively twice a day. It still doesn't seem to satisfy him. I thought neutering would calm him. He constantly keeps meowing for play. What do I do ?

Leo is still a kitten and this high energy level is normal. Neutering does have some calming effect but it does not completely alter their personality or change them. He will calm down as he gets older and for now, continue doing what you are doing. You are doing a great job! You may look for some automated cat toys that will allow Leo to play without you. Best of luck and please feel free to post any additional questions.
