My cow can't stand, leg decaying, infested. Is she going to die?

A 20 year old cow had a injury near spinal cord its been over 10 days she is not able to stand and her foot has started decaying and leech type small insects are roaming all over his body and decayed leg which is also very awful to look at will she die.? what is the Problem plus she is having blood sucking insects all over her body. Pet's info: Farm Animal | Cow | Female

Unfortunately, from your description it sounds very likely that Laxmi will not survive this - and will require prompt medical care to have any chance. I'd recommend having her seen by a vet as soon as possible to evaluate better and treat if indicated, or humanely end her suffering. I wish you all the best.
