Are Sheba wet cat food can feeding guidelines accurate for my cat?

Hi. I feed my cat sheba wet cat food. But in the feeding guidliness on sheba said that 1/4 to 1/2 can for 1 to 5 kg per day and 1/2 to 1 can for 5 to 10 kg per day, and the can is inly 3 ounces. Should I follownthis feeding guidliness?

I would recommend following the guideline on the can to start. Usually it is an overestimate of the required calories. If your cat seems to be losing or gaining weight you can then adjust how much food you are feeding. If your cat is on the thinner side you may want to start with more food and if your cat is overweight start on the lower end of the recommended amount of food.
