Why is my unspayed female dog throwing up yellow and not eating?

Poor Babygirl! I see that she isn't spayed. One of the causes of her symptoms could be a pyometra, which is an infection of the uterus. This is fatal without treatment. It could also be she has a GI illness, may have eaten something rotten, could have a foreign body, or pancreatitis. Because she hasn't eaten in two days, is vomiting, and I can't rule out a pyometra without seeing her in person, I would take her into a vet immediately. Best of luck.

    Chili is quite ill and needs to see a vet immediately. I see that she isn't spayed, and I'd be concerned her symptoms may be indicative of a pyometra, which is a life threatening infection of the uterus. She could also have a foreign body, pancreatitis, or hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. You've tried a bland diet without success, so you've done all you can at home, and she needs to see a vet now.
