My new parakeet is trembling, hunched, and less active. Is it sick?

I have a parakeet that I just adopted from a pet stare, and this morning I saw some unusualness in him. He has been less active then my other parakeet and has been trembling. He also looks shorter than he used to. Is my parakeet sick? Pet's info: Bird | Parakeet | Male

Thanks for reaching out about Storm. Trembling is concerning as is being hunched in posture. Most avian veterinarians provide heated incubators in the 80-85 F range, to give support. A veterinary visit is recommended if he continues to tremble and be lethargic. Monitor appetite and water consumption. Good luck.
