Why is my 3-month-old Amazon parrot clumsy and making strange sounds?

Hi there I have a bf amazon that is 3 months old purchased him yesterday I have noticed he cannot stand properly I’m the sense his quiet clumsy his still on two feeds a day and he is constantly making a sheep noise. Pet's info: Bird | Amazon | Male

Thanks for reaching out about Skittles. At three months old, should be standing strong, mostly feathered and eating solid foods. Concerns should be re-address to the seller. It is usually recommended birds be weaned prior to sale, as hand-rearing skills are needed to prevent aspiration pneumonia. A "sheep noise" is worrisome, as am concerned this could already be food in the trachea or he is vocalizing due to stress/hunger. Providing heat support is essential. If the seller does not help, a veterinary visit is recommended, soon. Good luck.
