My moodles stomach is really hard and he is shaking. He had this a few days ago but it went away the next day, now its back. Im just wondering if he might be constipated or if its something else?

Poor Lilo! It sounds like he's having some pain in his abdomen for some reason, but there's no way to know what might be causing this without being able to examine him and run some tests. Abdominal pain could be caused by many different things, including constipation, an intestinal blockage, bladder stones, a prostate infection, pancreatitis, some type of abdominal tumor, etc. Since he sounds quite uncomfortable, I would recommend taking him to the vet for an exam today. He/she can do blood work and x-rays if needed to help diagnose the problem and get him started on appropriate treatment depending on what is found.
