What does this vomit mean it's very stinky

That does not appear to be a normal color for vomit. Vomit is usually yellow-ish, the color of the food or brownish. That makes me worried that Bear got into something causing that abnormal discoloration. The smell could be related to whatever it was he ate or indicate that the gut is not moving. I recommend to get Bearr examined today and try to take in a sample of the vomit if possible. Especially with young puppies, it’s always better to be safe.
