Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered | 5 months and 13 days old
I’m worried my kitten has fleas (he’s gone outside for up to 15 min at a time over the last few weeks...he loves it) and now I’m starting to panick. I gave him a flea prevention ointment last night and just ordered a flea comb, but I’ve tried to manually check his fur for any signs. I didn’t see anything, but I did notice a few of these red pimple-like bumps on his underbelly. There’s about 4 total that I found. I haven’t noticed extreme itching or grooming behavior changes

From the photos, those look more like teats. Check the bumps to see if they are in pairs. Cats typically have 8-10 sets of teats (even the males). Use your flea comb to check for fleas. Fleas like to hang out the lower back and between the hind legs. Best of luck and please feel free to post any additional questions.
