Why is my dog's vomit strange after eating a bone? Is it serious?

Ptolemy either peed or vomited on his bed, Im pretty sure its vomit, and it looks pretty odd. He ate a bone yesterday but he normally eats raw bones so that is not new. Is this something serious or just normal vomit, Im mainly worried because of the color and amount. Keep in mind he is only 12lbs. Pet's info: Dog | Papillon | Male | neutered | 7 years and 11 months old | 12 lbs

This looks like it could be vomit with bile present or it could be urine as well. I wouldn’t be particularly concerned about the presence of bile in vomit - it doesn’t necessarily signify anything different. If the vomiting continues I would recommend seeing your vet.
