My puppy is puking after another died of suspected parvo. What to do?

I recently got 2 puppies, last night the male died of what I think is parvo but the female was eating and everything and doesn't have any symptoms like the other one did until a couple of hours ago. She has been running around and playing with everybody but now she's puking. I cannot afford to go to a vet and they are closed at 1 am anyways. What should I do? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 2 lbs
