My dog's jaw pain came back. What dental treatment options exist?

Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Male | neutered | 5 years and 3 months old | 10 lbs

Tiny have left jaw pain local veterinary dr has told it may be a tooth pain so he gave pain killers for 5 days that time pain has stopped but now after dose he has started moaning . Plz suggest a proper treatment or available treatment options.Attached is x-ray and fnac report for tiny.

If it is tooth pain I would consider antibiotics as it may be an underlying infection. I would recommend dental xrays if a veterinarian has that available. They are better to evaluate the teeth then a skull xray as it focuses on each spot individually. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
