My dog has a nipple bubble and a hard lump. What should I do?

My dog has a clear like bubble on her nipple and also has a hard cyst like bump on her side. What could these be and what should I do to help her?

There is not likely anything you can do at home for Ruth’s. Skin masses and blister type lesions can be benign but they can also be a skin cancer called a mass cell tumor. Additionally, masses in the mammary chain can be breast cancer. I recommend to have Ruthy examined by her veterinarian who may need to aspirate these masses to look at the cells under a microscope. This is the safest and most thorough option. Best of luck and please feel free to post any additional questions.
