My dog has red bumpy circles on her skin, but seems fine. What is it?

My dog has these red 3 circles with bumps. Shes acting normal.

It’s hard to tell what those are from the photos. They could be a bacterial infection, a wart, a skin tumor or ringworm (which humans can get). Monitor them very closely for changes, irritation or itchiness as this could be a sign of pathology. The safest option is to have these lesions examined by the veterinarian. If the doctor is concerned with a skin tumor/cancer, they will recommend testing. Best of luck and please feel free to post any additional questions.
