My dog is moving slowly and not drinking. When should I see a vet?

It could be poor Fred is in pain. It's very concerning that he won't drink. Rest him tonight. No running, jumping, or playing. Take him out potty on a leash, and bring him right back in when he's done. If he's still acting this way in the morning, and/or if he still isn't drinking water, have him seen by a vet first thing.
