After being in hospital on iv fluid and dex because of a subluxation in the neck. my dog cane home with sores on stomach And now mouth and back end is swelling. And she has a swelling in chest as well. Not eating and is leaking urine. Very painful in stomach and rear end. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua (Smooth Coat) | Female | spayed | 6 years and 11 months old | 8 lbs

I think the rash on Tinkerbell's abdomen might be irritation from urine if she is leaking. I would be concerned that the urine leakage could be a sign of ongoing neurologic disease, and I think it would be best to recheck with your vet or see an emergency vet to make sure she is able to empty her bladder appropriately. I'm not sure about the swelling (it's hard to see in your picture), but it's possible that this is related to the fluids, or it could be a sign that something else is going on. It sounds to me like she might benefit from continued monitoring and hospitalization.
