My puppy threw up, won't eat or drink, and is very sleepy. What to do?

I recently adopted a puppy to train as my service companion, this morning she was feeling alittle under the weather had thrown up alittle clear liquid and grass but she was still playing and being her silly self so I didn't worry just figured she ate to much grass being a silly pup, but since then she just wants to sleep and wont eat or drink. I live on an island and the vets are closed idk what what to do or if I should be this worried. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 26 days old | 25 lbs

It is very concerning that Rozwell doesn't want to eat or drink. Offer her some boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts. If she refuses to eat that, take her into the vet as soon as they open in the morning.
