My cat ate string last week, but seems fine. Should I worry?

Hi! My cat ate a piece of string, around 4 inches long last week. I have not found it in the liter box, although it's possible I have missed it. Still, I'm wondering what I should do. He doesn't look sick or stressed, hasn't changed his eating habits, as active as ever but I'm still a bit worried it could be a problem. Thank you! Sam. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 3 years and 2 months old | 11.5 lbs

Hi Sam! I can understand being worried about G. If he is the same as usual, I wouldn't be too worried. I would suspect you may have missed it. Continue to monitor him, and if he does start to appear to be sick, have him seen by a vet. Best of luck.
