My dog vomited from car sickness. Can I re-feed him his lunch?

Hi, I fed Luke lunch and then after a short walk(20 min or so) went for a drive on the car. About 10-15 minutes later I think he got car sick and ejected his lunch. Is ok to re-feed him lunch or should I just wait till dinner? I’m not sure that he digested much of the food since it came out pretty intact. Thanks! It's probably best to wait until dinner just in case his tummy is still a little upset. Monitor him closely for any continuing signs of illness. if this is just car sickness, he should be fine by dinner time. Try to keep him rested until then.
