Worried about my senior dog's infected anal sac turning cancerous?

Pet's info: Dog | Staffordshire Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 10 years and 6 months old | 43.211 lbs

I took my dog to the vets today and was told she has a infected anal sac she has been given anti inflammatory and antibiotics the vets said that they can turn tumourous and now I'm really worried my dog is 10 years old which makes me worry even more is there a high chance that this happens ??

I don't think you should be worried at this point. There is a good chance it will clear up with the antibiotics and anti-inflammatory. Sometimes the infection can be harder to treat and the gland may need to be infused with an antibiotic. Give the medications as directed and monitor for improvement. Your vet can recheck her in 7-10 days to see if the infection is resolving.
