My dog has serious sinus and throat swelling. What can I do?

Sir my pet name iris has serious sinus and troat swelling from 6 days I have consulted 2 doc but not helping. Please help if you can. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | unspayed | 11 months and 23 days old | 64 lbs
