Why is my dog throwing up, shivering, and her legs are stiff?

Hi my dog threw up her food last night and starting shivering 20 mins later she started going stiff in her back legs. Pet's info: Dog | American Bulldog | Female | unspayed

Going stiff in the back legs is not expected and is very concerning. I recommend to have her seen by her veterinarian today. Infections or toxins could cause both of the symptoms and these can be very serious. Just like with humans, getting an accurate diagnosis and early treatment gives a better prognosis.
