Hello and thank you for reaching out to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. It sounds like Fluffy requires immediate care by a veterinarian. Unwell puppies can quickly decompensate and become very ill, even passing on their own. If Fluffy is shivering, she may be cold, but she may also have low blood sugar. I recommend bringing Fluffy to your nearest veterinarian as soon as you can. In the meantime, you can try putting a small amount of Karo Syrup on your finger tip and gently rubbing it on her gums. This may allow her to get some sugar into her system, which may help if she is hypoglycemic (low blood sugar). I hope this is helpful - wishing Fluffy the best!
