My pet threw up undigested food. Is it eating too fast or sick?

Bananas just puked out a pretty large amount of macerated food this morning. Could it be because she ate too quickly? Or is there another underlying problem? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Longhair | Female | spayed | 2 years and 5 months old

Certainly either one is possible. Watch Bananas very closely for the next 24 hours for any signs of lethargy, not eating as well as normal or continued vomiting. If it’s related to eating too quickly, she is expected to be completely fine from now on. If she shows signs of illness, have her checked out by her veterinarian.
