My female cat is on heat from last 6 days I have make cat at home hes also persian and on heat too but female cat acts aggressive towards him Locked them in room for one day nothing happened. Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 7 months old | 3 lbs

It could be Lola isn't in heat, and that's why she won't mate with your male. If you have another intact male, I would see if she will mate with him. Should she refuse, then she isn't in heat and her symptoms of heat could be due to something serious such as a pyometra. In that case, take her into a vet immediately. Best of luck.
