My 3-month-old puppy won't eat when left alone. Is this normal?

My dog is not eating when left alone (during the work day)!? Also she is not having any know accidents in the house when she left for a 8 hr work day; she is only 3 months old. Should we be concerned? She eats, drinks, ans uses the bathroom regularly when we are getting ready and once we’ve arrived back home. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 27 days old | 4.8 lbs

I think you should be very pleased that lola is so well house trained. As long as she goes to the toilets and it seems normal I wouldn't worry about it. As for not eating she may be getting enough at breakfast and dinner. Potentially she could be playing up because you are out at work.
