My dog won't eat, threw up, and is sluggish. Should I call the vet?

My dog did not eat yesterday. She threw up this morning, and seems to be sluggish when walking. She eat's rache rae "just 6" dry food twice a day and gets small amounts of all natural, organic dog training treats. She seemed to pick at both since the afternoon, but it hasn't been very much so I'm wondering if I should take her to the vet. Pet's info: Dog | Silky Terrier | Female | spayed | 3 years and 3 months old | 11 lbs

Yes I recommend to take Ruby in to be seen by her veterinarian. When pets are sick for 24 hours and not eating well, it’s best to play it safe and have her checked out. There are many causes for not feeling well. I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.
