My dog ate dirt and is sad, not eating. Could she have a tummy ache?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 4 years and 5 months old

Not sure what happened I came home and hazel seemed sad, she dosnt want to eat, shes drinking water shes not her usual self, I found a pot knocked over but theres no way my dogs could of knocked it down since there small dogs, could he ate dirt and got a tummy ache?

It’s possible that she ate dirt or plant material and has an upset stomach. If you know what type of plant was in the pot you may want to check the ASPCA toxic plant list. It might also be unrelated. If the unusual behavior continues you should check in with your vet for a physical exam to try to determine what might be going on. https://www.aspca.org/pet-care/animal-poison-control/toxic-and-non-toxic-plants
