Spayed dog incision bump: Is it normal or should I see the vet?

Question

We recently got her spayed a few days ago & aren’t sure if her incision is healing the way it should be. We’ve done a little research & noticed a small bump thay may or may not be normal. I wanted to see online first before going straight back to the vet. Your opinion? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 1 year and 3 months old | 47 lbs

Although quite inflamed and with mild amount of dry discharge, the incision looks healing normally and does not look infected. A vet check up at this stage is not needed. Buster collar should be kept on at all times.
