My rabbit is very thin and weak with a head tilt. What should I do?

My rabbit has had a head tilt for a very long time now, recently it got worse, so I treated her with inrofloxacine and fenbadnazole. Then once those were done, I followed up with ivermectin, so far just one injection. The problem: she has gotten extremely thin, bony. Likely cuz she cant eat her poop? She cant groom herself down there, that is for sure. So what do I do?Do i not give her the 2 remaining ivermectin injections? How do I make her gain weight if she cant eat her poop??She is very weak

Poor Rose. The head tilt most likely caused Rose to not eat properly. I would highly recommend getting Rose to a vet as soon as possible. Typically, when a rabbit is loosing weight it can be life threatening. I would recommend starting to force feeding every 1-2 hours with critical care or a proper feeding for rabbits. Most likely Rose needs hospitalization for supportive care. I hope Rose feels better soon.
