Can ingestion of a foreign object lead to both vomiting and diarrhea? My dog has yellow vomit and redish black stool. He is 13 years old daschund. Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund (Miniature Smooth Haired) | Male | unneutered | 12 years and 7 months old | 15 lbs
