Why do my sable German Shepherd puppies have white markings?

I seen mom and dad both are Sable German Shepherd. But you can tell that the puppies are the same sable but they have a little white on the tips on there foots and on chest . But not all of them are like that just some puppies. What does it mean ?

It just means there is some variation in the genetics of coat color. Coat color is determined by multiple sets of genes, so even if the parents are one color, they could carry the genes for other colors, and thus have puppies that are a different color than them.
