My dog has an upset stomach and loud gurgling at night. Emergency?

My French Bulldog seemed to have eaten something on a walk earlier to upset his stomach. He threw up a few times and then it stopped. Poop has been normal and same with appetite. Now it’s the middle of night and his stomach is making very loud gurgling noises. Should i take him to emergency vet or wait until morning?

Hi, if he seems restless and in pain I would take him sooner rather than later. If he is able to sleep/curl up and the gurgling noise seems to be the only problem, I think you can wait until the morning.
