My dog ate a branch, has diarrhea and bloody poop. Should I worry?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 8 months and 19 days old | 56 lbs

My dog chewed up and swallowed a small branch eat about 3/4 pf it before i noticed about a day ago. He's had diarrhea and has been pooping the pieces out and threw up once a small bunch of the pieces. I noticed some drops of blood in his poop. But he is still active and dringing water i did not feed him for about 24 hrs. And just gave him his first meal now. He is poopokg the pieces out shiuld i be worried?

I'd keep an eye on Harley. It's good he's pooping out the pieces, but if you see more blood, he stops eating, and/or he becomes very lethargic, I would be concerned and have him seen by a vet. I hope this helps!
