How to manage my dog's lip fold dermatitis and prevent infection?

My dog has lip fold dermatitis. Twice in two months it has become infected and she has been on antibiotics. I have been told to clean it after every time she eats with clorexyderm wipes. I was wondering if there was something else I could do or can you recommend any way to manage this condition? Pet's info: Dog | English Cocker Spaniel | Female | spayed | 3 years old | 28.6 lbs
