My dog's not showing at 41 days but has milk. Is she pregnant?

My dog tied twice, the first time 41 days ago. She’s a really skinny dog and has no swollen belly at all. But she seems to be producing milk, she has sagging full feeling.. breasts would you call it? I’m new to all this. But I feel like she should be showing by now at least a little? Do you think it could be a false pregnancy or that she isn’t actually pregnant? Or is it normal for her not to be showing at all yet? She’s also been a real freak about food, begging and stealing scraps. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 15 lbs

Hello. If she got pregnant 41 days ago, she may not start showing significantly for another week. However, if she first tied 41 days ago, & then tied at a second breeding, then I might start counting from the second tie vs. the first. If she is only carrying 1-2 puppies, it may be another week or so before the fetuses are large enough to start filling the abdomen. Just in case she is pregnant, switch her to a good quality puppy food & increase the amount. You do not want her to go into the last part of her pregnancy or start nursing puppies when she is so skinny. You might want to have your vet take a look at Ali to see why she is so skinny & make sure she is healthy enough to carry & successfully raise her litter.
