When to spay my puppy and can she go to dog park before rabies?

At what age should my dog be spayed? She is currently 3.5 months. Also, can she be socialized at the dog park before being spayed if she is current on Bordetella, parvo, distemper? Or should we wait until she gets rabies vaccination as well? (We live in an apartment & want to make sure she gets the right amount of exercise, but want to keep her safe and healthy). Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 16 days old | 33.5 lbs

Great questions! I would wait to socialize Koda at the dog park until she has her rabies vaccine as well to be safe. I would spay her around six months of age, before she has her first heat. I hope this helps!
