Hello. I would definitely vaccinate the 3 FeLV negative kitties every year. You should be using a combination vaccine that contains Fe. Leuk, Panleukopenia, Rhinotracheitis & Calici viruses. Your positive cat should receive all the vaccines except the Fe. Leuk. on a yearly basis. All 4 should also be vaccinated for rabies, using either a yearly or every 3 year vaccine, whatever is available at your local Tractor Supply. You should have someone to help you with the vaccinating. If the cats are calm, scruffing & holding firmly may be all that is necessary. Otherwise, wrap them in a towel to protect against claws & teeth. The rabies vaccine should be given subcutaneously on the lower right leg. The other vaccine is administered subcutaneously in the lower left leg. Always pull back on the syringe plunger once the needle is in the skin to make sure no blood is observed.
