Why is my 6-month dog peeing uncontrollably with green discharge?

Hi , my dog Hoss is 6 months old and he’s got green puss coming out of his penis and sometimes he seems like he can’t hold it , he can be laying down and sometimes start peeing , and I need help of what to do ! And he’s also got this spot on this right shoulder it’s like a bump with a scab on top of it , and I’m scared and not sure what it could be ?
