My dog's eyelid is swollen and itchy after a walk. What should I do?

Our girls eyelid has swollen up after a walk yesterday. Its still there this morning and she seems to be itching it a little. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | unspayed | 8 months and 18 days old

Hi, I would recommend to have it checked over to make sure there is nothing behind the eye lid, such as thorn, and no damage to eye cornea such as a scratch for example. Normally conjunctivitis is bilateral whilst here it looks like an unilateral problem so could it be she has caused a scracth to the eyelid or the eye surface. Hope this makes sense and that Kiera is back to her normal self soon.
