My dog's right eye won't open and he's crying. What should I do?

Hi, i would like to know what is going on with my dog because hes crying to much and left eye opens fine and right eye is not opening all the way like the lefted one and i looked at it and tryed touching it and he crys and i wanted to know if its okay. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 4 lbs

Panchito is not ok if he cannot open his right eye all the way and he's crying. He has to see a vet now, this is a medical emergency. Leaving any eye problem untreated can lead to vision loss, so please take him into a vet immediately.
