Why does my dog have scabs all over his body and ears after a haircut?

Hello my dog is a lhaso apso, we normally keep him long haired but have give him a hair cut today and noticed he’s covered in scabs all over his body and ears. I don’t have the money to go to a vet right now, do you have any idea what it could be and what I could do to help please? Pet's info: Dog | Lhasa Apso | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 4 months old

You can try giving him an oatmeal bath to see if that helps, but ultimately, he will need to see a vet.
