Why is my dog vomiting food at night after finishing antibiotics?

My dog has just finished taking antibiotics for a lump he had on his neck, which is now gone, and he has been puking for the past 3 nights around 4 am. It's not just bile there is some of his food in it too. what's wrong with him? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 9 months and 21 days old | 45 lbs

Poor Mac! I recommend to call his veterinarian who may ask to see him again or may recommend medications. It possible the antibiotic has upset his tummy but it’s also possible something else is going on. You can switch his diet to boiled white meat chicken and plain boiled white rice for the next few days. If he continues to be sick, he should see his veterinarian.
