Is a hole in my parakeet's feathers a sign of health issues?

Thanks for reaching out and including a photo. Are you referring to the furrow on the lower abdomen? It is difficult to determine by the photo. This could be an indication of being overweight. Review and correct the diet. A veterinary visit might help with determination. Good luck.
