My dog had puppies, but labor seems stalled. Are more puppies coming?

My female dog has 10 puppies yesterday and we think her labour stopped last night about 9oclock at night as it started at 8:30 in the morning. She is still nesting, panting and showing previous signs of labour still. We are wondering if there’s any chance of anymore due to come out. Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 3 months old

There is always a possibility, so I would take Sasha and her puppies into a vet immediately to get checked out. Should she have any puppies left, this long between giving birth is very serious and a medical emergency. Please take them into a vet now.
