My mom has a 7 year old lab mix and were sure shes pregnant will she be okay? She is about to habe these babies in a week or 2 shes really soild in the stomach area and shes filling up with milk. For years she would have them fill up a little after she was in heat so we didnt expect anything until we noticed the weight gain and her nipples got huge.

Seven is old to have puppies, but hopefully she will be ok. After she weans her puppies, I would have her spayed to prevent her from having anymore puppies. Dogs over the age of six should never be bred. I hope this helps.
