hi, my cat’s left side belly is swelling. most of the time she doesnt let me touch the swollen area, maybe it’s painful. I can feel internal organs by touching her belly. She still ask for food, her poop and urine look normal. Maybe kidney spleen or liver problem? Thank you alot!

There are many different issues that could be causing her abdomen to swell, ranging from fluid build up to organ enlargement or tumours. Unfortunately there is no way to shed any light on what is causing it without taking her to a vet for a thorough examination. They may need to run some tests also.
