Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Male | neutered | 6 years and 1 month old | 100 lbs
7 year old rot who just got stitches to his face after his sister dog bit him ( he’s 107lbs and taking amoxicillin 2x a day and rimydal every 12 hours) after day two of the incident he randomly just started shaking his head persistently in the middle of the night and hasn’t stopped since. I cleaned them and the shaking has slowed down but not as much as I’d like. One ear looks lower as well. No abnormal balance issues

It could be the stitches are irritating and itchy which is causing Grizzly to shake his head more, however keeping an eye both on the wound and his ears are a good idea. If his symptoms worsen, the wound or ears seem to look worse, or other signs of illness appear, having your vet take a look and rechecking both areas is best. Keeping an Elizabethan (cone) collar on Grizzly may also help prevent him from pawing at or shaking his head as much to allow the area to heal.
